Built the resume parsing and tailoring pipeline now in daily production use by their recruiters — LLM extraction validated against a golden set, with an evaluation harness gating every release. Trained their recruiting and sales teams on AI best practices to drive adoption, and am building an MCP server connecting their applicant tracking system directly to their AI tooling.

A remote operations console controlling ~25 self-hosted servers from a phone, anywhere in the world. An LLM orchestration hub routing web, voice, telephony, and messaging through a single agent layer. Deployed on AWS where it belongs — Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and a gated release pipeline — and self-hosted where that is the better answer.
